Maintain your fitness whilst pregnant, tone and strengthen those muscles, work on your pelvic floor, relieve backache, pelvic pain and tension, meet other mums-to-be. Stay strong, healthy and positive throughout your pregnancy and let me guide you through each trimester ready for that important day.
Class contains gentle toning, yoga and pilates poses to keep your body flexible throughout pregnancy, working on those muscles changing for birth, strengthen pelvic floor, breathing techniques to use during labour, and finishing with relaxation to help you unwind and experience a calm and positive mindset towards childbirth.
Classes can be joined from 12 weeks/2nd Trimester, subject to completion of a Health Screening Questionnaire Form.
No previous experience is necessary. Booking is essential. Limited spaces available.
What do you need:
A mat, cushion and blanket are optional, bring a drink and wear comfortable clothing.
