A small intimate group of 6, giving you that personal touch and the chance to meet other mums-to-be. From beginners to experienced, the class is tailored to suit your changes through Pregnancy, share any worries and support.

The class helps to strengthen your body and maintain flexibility and mobility before birth. Plus plenty of time for individual help.

What is it:

  • Runs in 6 week blocks
  • Weekly Yoga & Pilates sessions from an Expert in Ante Natal
  • Information Fact Sheets
  • Support and Guidance during your pregnancy
  • Helps relieve common pregnancy symptoms like backache and pelvic pain
  • Strengthen pelvic floor
  • Breathing techniques to use during labour
  • Experience a calm and positive mindset towards childbirth
  • Relaxation to help you unwind and de-stress

Stay strong, healthy and positive throughout your pregnancy. Maintain your fitness whilst pregnant, tone and strengthen those muscles, work on your pelvic floor, relieve backache and tension.

What do you need?

A mat, cushion and blanket are optional, bring a drink and wear comfortable clothing.
